I really love this quote; I can't summarize it in just one word. It suggests that if life is a journey, we should seek out someone who can make us stop and appreciate the moment. I believe this is true in various aspects of life, including relationships and work.

However, sometimes the challenge is that we think we have more time than we actually do.
